Due to recent storms our outdoor lighting settings to have the lights go on/off was disrupted. We call Jeff @ Elegant Lighting, he promptly returned our call and within 2 days he had a technician out to fix the system. Great service!!!!

Jeff and crew are always very helpful, extremely professional, courteous and punctual. If they set an appointment date and time, they keep their word!!! I have used them at 2 different locations. They design lighting schemes and install quality lighting products. The install team is neat, clean up after themselves and are very courteous. This is a company that works very hard for their customers and have the best customer service.

Two service techs came next day for an issue not part of our lighting but rather our outlet and a cut line by the landscape crew. They repaired and tested everything and all is working fine. I appreciate how promptly our problem was resolved.
